Information may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong

We work to preserve available primary-source references on filing-derived figures, but we cannot guarantee the data. In particular:

• Prices and FX rates are refreshed on a schedule and may be delayed; they are not real-time quotes.
• Fundamentals are extracted from issuer filings (MD&A, financial statements, transcripts) by an automated pipeline that, despite our validation gates, can contain extraction or normalization errors.
• Market statistics may originate from third-party commercial real-estate brokerage research publications. Those publications and their content remain the property of the respective firms; verify material figures against the original publications.
• Coverage, refresh timing, and the set of metrics available vary by REIT and may lag the issuer’s latest disclosure.

Where we have caught and corrected material errors, we log them openly on our methodology page.

Always verify any figure that matters to a decision against the issuer’s original filings and other primary sources before acting on it. Every extracted number on a REIT page is meant to be traceable back to its source document — use that trail. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes.
